Just wanted to get opnions on this. What constitutes European ancestry in regard to Y Chromosome Haplogroups? For me I'm more inclusive than others in Genealogy I guess. Why are Haplogroups like G2a E1b considered less European? They were there prior to the Indo European invasions? For example E V13. It mutated in Europe (The Balkans). Yes its tied to East Africa a long long time ago. To me its very European! If I see someone with Haplogroup E I don't say hey hes Afro Asiantic I say hes Balkanic. G2a is another example I don't say hes Caucasian (From the Caucasus) they arrived before R1b! I don't get these broad generalizations.

Nope.

Haplogroups don't matter and to obsess over them is moronic, but you have to recognise the natural pecking order.
