Eastern Med mostly.
He could fit also as Turkish, Greek, Maltese and South Italian/Siclian.

Not Turkish or Greek... curly hair is actually uncommon in the Balkans. Unless it's Crete or Cyprus we're talking about.

I wasn't refering to the Balkans just some Southern countries here could fit in and his look.
Some Turkish and Greeks do have alot of curly haired people not just Cyprus and Crete.

Is he really lebanese?
I was going to classify him cromagnoid and dinaroid mediterranid.
I thought he looked southern italian primarily. Not my general impression of a what a lebanese (or east med person for that matter) looks like.
Had I not known he was lebanese, I would likely have written atlanto-med to be perfectly honest.

He could pass as an Ashkenazi or Sephardi Jew very easily.. but I would have said he was southern Italian or Maltese though because he kind of looks like John Turturro. He doesn't, however, strike me as looking Greek.
