Atlantoid (between Atlantid and Atlanto-Med) with Cromagnoid influence, especially his young pic. Look Brit, but could be Iberians and French.

Atlantid. Could be Irish/Welsh descended, his look is quite common on the Irish side of my family but if he said he had English/Spanish/Scottish & French ancestry(English & Scottish being just as likely) I wouldn't scoff either.

Yea he his mostly of Irish origin, I think he has British roots too.
Is he would they call a black Irish?

Yeah, he would be if people thought all you had to be to be Irish is redheaded or blonde. but there is no such thing, dark hair is ridiculously common in Ireland & has always been present in it's people so he looks pretty average:)
