Atlanto-Nordid with strong Dinarid/Dinaroid influences probably. Too bad there's no profile picture - I'm just guessing he's longer headed - but if he weren't I'd say pred. Dinarid.

I would have guessed him to be from the Balkans - he would fit in quite well in Kosova actually, and he resembles Kosovar politician Bajram Rexhepi imo. That said, I've seen Dinaroid influences in quite many Norwegians.
