Agreed, the Keltic in him; is the long distance between the top of his forehead to the tip of his nose, sloping forehead, strong brow and high cheekbones - the quintessential Characteristics of Keltic-Nordid.

The speculation is that the man who raised McConaughey is not really his biological father. And that Harrelson's father slept with McConaughey's mother, and is actually his biological father. I can google it up later and post a link, I don't remember where I read about this. When I looked at pics of Harrelson's father, indeed I see a resemblance to McConaughey.
