It's not a good video for classification but they look like Caucasus peoples.

Some of them look a bit dark for that, if you ask me.
They boy from 1:11 to 1:15 and the boy from 1:38 to 1:42 could pass in much of India - except for the Southernmost parts, and the guy from 1:45 to 1:47 could pass in Pakistan and North-Western India.
