Atlantid with a strong Nordid element. Like David Duke in his earlier years.

Those strong lines around his mouth - wouldn't those be indicative of a Faelid type?

I would say no, because this facial feature is rather typical of dinaricized types than of Faelids.
Carleton S. Coon, The Races of Europe, Chapter XII, section 5:
"The more typical Dinarics have pronounced naso-labial folds, heavily built chins, high orbits as shown by a great palpebral opening, and, of course, the expected nasal character."

Faelid, probably more of the Brunn variety, with a strong North Atlantid influence, which is Nordid inspired.
He also seems to be slightly Borrebized, and this suggests to me he could be an Anglo-Saxon type.
He could just be a slightly Borrebized Brunn with a strong North Atlantid influence, but I see that as a possible interpretation.
