Ethnicity: He looks Greek,Albanian or Macedonian, he could pass for East European.

East-Alpinoid, almost Gorid like, with a Pontid influence involved and he looks like he could be from Romania, Slovakia, or Hungary but generally in the area of the Carpathian mountains.

For some reason he looks rather Georgian to me but I guess that's a superficial resemblence.

I would go with Romania and maybe Western Ukraine
