Sorry for no profile pictures, couldn't get. I just have a private curiosity. Classify + put in a region, country, where he could pass.

He is predominantly Baltid. And there is no visible East Baltid or West Baltid influence.
He would fit in every Baltic country.

I agree but i think he is a bit looking like a Tatar. He is partly Estonian, partly Russian maybe? Or a Finnish Tatar?

You are right! There is something exotic in his look. He somehow looks like this sportsman from Moscow, Russia.

This is a typical look of half Turkic Tatar and half Ukrainian/Russian.
A broad face with somewhat big flat nose, short but thick neck, big but flat chin, straight hair without any curve.

This type of look also common in Turkey too but with darker hair color and brown or green eyes, not with blue.
