She was cute during her Friends period, but now she looks too thin and has a long-ish face with a big chin.

I never got why Paris Hilton was popular. I cannot find anything attractive about her. She's not physically attractive (plain face, skinny body), and her voice and personality are both annoying.

I agree with whomever mentioned Pamela Anderson and Julia Roberts. Roberts is rather plain with a nice smile (I'll give her that), but Anderson is some plastic Barbie doll with no charm or natural beauty.

Lindsay Lohan is another celebrity I don't understand the fuss over. Maybe she was cute in her younger years, but that must've been before she turned 21, because ever since she started drinking and "doing lines" she's looked like some skin-and-bones wreck.

Yes, I also don't understand those who say Scarlett isn't.

To me, the ultimate proof is seeing a woman without hair, as the hair is very distracting and average girls with a great sensual hair seem more beautiful than they really are. Portman proved she's got beautiful traits in V for Vendetta.

Scarlett proved her beauty to me in the film where her beauty is less evident or less explosive, Girl with a Pearl Earring. No hair distraction, her traits continued to be harmoniously beautiful. I know attractiveness is subjective and personal, but from a canonical objective view of classical European beauty, she is so.

It depends...there isn't a "national average height"...you can find men in the 1,50-2,00 range (anyway, post war generations are taller than older ones... see sardininas which have increased average island height of 15-20 cm in less than 70 years).

I agree with all those. Julia Roberts is a dog. I never thought Spears was attractive, and Portman looks like a wet rat. Lopez looks like a dirty gypsy woman. Diaz has very weird facial features. Pam Anderson is not remotely attractive. She looks like an alien.
