Looks like a Borreby with a Kelto-Brunn remant or undertone about him, and he does have a Pseudo-Berberid look about him.

That said I think some of his features point to Sudanid tendencies, and I would guess him to be a lighter Quadroon.

In the last picture though, he looks rather European like from that angle.
