Looks like a Standard West-Mediterranid/Atlanto-Mediterranid type, and probably slightly Gracilized, which would put her in places like Spain or Portugal for me.

There is really no difference between Lebanese and Syrian, it is just a matter of where the French drew the boundary after World War One. What is more important in that part of the world is whether one is Muslim or Christian.
