Because of facial expression. I dont know, but I think is more uncommon, in a general sense I dont see guys like him everyday :D

Looks like a Cro-Magnon(Faelid) type with a strong Nordid influence, and my guess is he could be from anywhere in Scandinavia/Finland or Iceland.

To me it was quite obvious from his odd pigmentation that this is an albino. He is from New Delhi, northern India. Just look at his low-set eyebrows and straight hair. Not at all African.

His family, the Pullans, are about to enter the Guinness Book of Records for being the largest albino family in the world.

That's the best proof that pigmentation can really change a thing.
I suppose that Finland and Iceland is somewhat distant to the India, though :)

Pigmentation always play tricks in the eye of the beholder.
Thats a problem. SUCH a problem for classifiers :D

By the way I have seen similar looking folks. One in south Spain, another in Krym (Ukraine) perfectly white hair and red skin...
