First must be Portuguese, and if not then Spanish. But her face screams Portuguese.

1: She is Algerian (source (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=1092867&page=23)).
Coon believed that North African Atlanto-Meds and European Atlanto-Meds are related types and there is indeed a phenotypic overlap between them.
She looks quite similar to a South German girl from my home town with whom I went to school together and to be honest, I had a crush on her.
Here is another Algerian look-alike of the German girl, second from the right in this picture:

2: Antje Pieper, Bavarian-born German TV presenter and reporter for the television network ZDF. I have once met her in person when I was a part of the audience in one of her former TV shows.
3: Sandra Maischberger, German journalist, talk show host and author, from Bavaria. She is the sister of the archeologist Martin Maischberger.
Maischberger's interview of former German chancellor Helmut Schmidt:

4: Doris Schmidts, Miss Germany 2009. Ethnically she is Transylvanian Saxon and originally from Kronstadt, Romania.
Dinaro-Pontid types like her could very well be of ancient Greek descent.
