Hernandez for a Maltese or a Sicilian.

Neither is really quintessentially or typically Spaniard but both types appear, so I'd say about equal.

He is Hernández, and both look in the range of Spanish, Hernández is as dark pigmentation like you but he does not have slanted eyes.
