Looks like a darker Austrian/northern Italian. He may be dark but his features do not look Sicilian, or at least not the common look that I have observed.

High-vaulted, flat occiput, 195 cm tall...he might have looked like a wimp when he was younger, but he still aint a Gracile Mediterranean.
