Yes, he could and he does have such vibes though he still has alot of British vibe.

Pred. Keltic Nordic with real Dinarid influences. He has some typical Dinarid traits like the prominence of the nose and chin which are close to linear to each other as seen in pic. 8. He also has that stern, determined, hard and cold facial expression so typical of Dinarids. Elite type.

His stylization affects his looks imo and he changes somewhat from picture to picture. Nr.1, 3 and 5 don't give Balkanoid vibes, especially nr.5, while in the rest, and especially nr. 2 and 4 he looks very strongly Balkanoid.
