Philosophy - a special kind of dialogue.
Dialogue - essence of language.

Fundamental principle hermeneutics - a possibility of understanding in general. The understanding is an includeness (intertwineness) in a fabric of Being. Understood is only that presents the completed semantic unity.

The need in hermeneutics arises there where spontaneity of understanding disappears.

The precondition of asking of a text is the knowledge of the ignorance.

Hermeneutical situation is when a text ceases to correspond to spontaneous understanding. As a matter of fact, we always stay in hermeneutical situations … Concept of the situation is defined just by that that it presents itself the point of view which limiting an opportunity of this sight. It means, that the concept of a situation essentially includes concept of horizon.
Horizon - a field of vision covering and embracing everything that can be seen from any point. Development of hermeneutical situations means accordingly a finding of correct horizon of asking for those questions which are put before us by tradition.

Interpretation is penetration into depth of semantic structure of a text. Concerning texts of culture interpretation includes the analysis of text and the analysis of human life.

I. Hermeneutical circle: to understand separate proceeding from the whole, and understand the whole in turn from details; through preunderstanding of separate words (concepts, conception’s) accomplish’s the understanding of the text.
II. Belonging to tradition (culture; Being) where the tradition is the Labyrinth of Minotaur. This indispensable hermeneutical condition since life can be understood only by a life.

The cognition is judgement, a statement about something.
The knowledge is reflection.
The truth is correctness.
