The only places in which I've seen green eyes being sort of common are in the Netherlands, Denmark & Iceland especially in women. I never questioned their existence in the Iberian peninsula:lol:. It's just that I've never seen a Portuguese person with light green eyes but I did see many girls with her look in Portugal.

Green eyes seem to be rare everywhere, they're listed as being less common than blue. Also people sometimes have different standards for what green eyes are, some people allow for there to be a little bit of another color while others say the entire eye must be green.

No problem at all :D In my opinion green eyes are more common in central (Hungary comes to mind) and southern europe than in northern europe, where blue eyes are predominant. Green eyes are mixed eyes after all, and there is more chances that those mixes exist in more southern parts. They are uncommon anyway, brown eyes are predominant here.

The ones which you say are very rare probably don't include the ones like mine.

Southern Europe? If you say so. the closest I've ever been to Southern Europe is France, Spain & some of Portugal(which was my favorite place. people were nicer & quieter there for one) & brown & hazel eyes were the majority there:) then again I've always been a somewhat of a sociopath so I didn't really look at many people in the eye while I was there.

probably not but I have the same problem, mine are the same color as Heather O'Rourke's(light blue) with the right outfit & lighting they can look as green as my Irish Spring bar of soap.
