a surprisingly neotenic facial structure
for some one of her (nearly) six-foot height.

usually long-bone growth
is accompanied by facial bone-growth.

I was going to say her dark eyebrows and some other facial features looked like she had Spanish admixture, and with a name Arantxa, it's almost certain. She doesn't look pure Dutch/Germanic.

She just looks Sub-Nordic sort of like a Walloon type this a Borreby type found that orients itself like a Sub-Nordic in Belgium.

I do not see anything of Spanish influence in this tennisplayer.
For me she is a typical Dutch girl, nordic with borreby influence.

Look at the eye brows and eyes. But I could be wrong.. maybe she just had parents that wanted to be "alternative".
