i guess, you are referring to my cousin, they don't look extremely similar, but i can see a "minor" resemblance, is this guy maybe hungarian?

so i was right with hungarian, cool :) but he could be a hungarian with german/austrian origins
my cousin is from serbia/novi pazar, with some distant bosnian/montenegrin/kosovar roots
