He looks northern African, but it's easy to mistake neapolitans with moors.
Girl looks even subsaharian mixed

What about the language? It sounds like arab, is it Neapolitan language?

You think he looks North African? & Yes this is mainly in the Neapolitan language with some Italian thrown in.
The girl is probably not Neapolitan...

I think she's campanian

this is the list of the persons that act in the video

Gaetano Martino,Ciro Martino,Vincenzo Della Corte,Angela Monaco,Gennaro Martino,Lino De Benedettis

They are Italian surnames.

But I don't understand why "your" Italians are all from regions under latium and molise, and why they all look arabians and why they sing songs with arabians melodies.

"your Italians" lol Italy is a very diverse country. Genetically we have one of the most differences from north to south (in a genetic cline of course) in all of Europe (& you add Sardinia and then it gets even more diverse). I focus on Southerners & Sicilians because I feel that they are closest to being "my people."
& although there may be Arab influences in a lot of Neapolitan Neomelodica music you are discounting the fact that another reason for similarities might be that Arabs (the music-producing ones such as Egyptians and Lebanese) are from the Mediterranean region which has never been disconnected. So it is better to simply leave it as "Mediterranean"-sounding. Haven't you heard modern Greek music?

The girl is clearly admixed, she, by no means, can be of any part of Southern Europe. In Naples there are a lot of mix with africans and North africans. Guys look regular Italians/S.Italians

What is the name of the guy with the cross on his neck who's having a fight with Samuele Tizzano in the last few minutes of the clip?

Classic Neapolitan song is without any doubt MUCH better than Neomelodica.
