Could be, but not all Dinarids have a flattened occiput and he seems to be very broadheaded so I still think he's a brachy. Just in case I mentioned that he could be Norid and maybe that's what he is.

This guy is from Thessaly, he has a Vlach descent, I am almost sure about this, observing his facial features.
