hello folks,
as you might be aware, thongs and g-strings,are popular pieces of beachwear/innerwear among women in the west. they were once worn by stripteasers for maximum exposure without showing genitals. but they seem to have caught like wild fire since the late 1980's. what could have made the thong/g-string popular in women.
also would thong-wearing women on this forum select one of these?

1) i wear thongs on the beach to get an even tan on my behind.

2) i wear thongs on the beach to get attention from men.

3) i wear thongs on the beach as i like the feel of water on my behind.

4) i wear thongs/g-strings as innerwear because they give zero pantylines.

5) i wear them as innerwear because my man likes me in them/he likes to watch my bum in them.

Thong swim suits in public are gross. I never encountered them before in my life until visiting Miami Beach when I was 16 years old. They were just about everywhere. I recall standing on the beach and having a negro in one leer at me.

I think thongs were originally made so that panty lines can't be seen. But the worst thing is, with thongs, you do see the outline of the strings. The best type of underwear are the shorts type. I fail to see how thongs can be comfortable.
