Cro-Magnon + North Atlantid admixture is always the impression I get, but a bit more Cro-Magnon.

In older pic he looks pred. Atlantid, in the newer ones more North Atlantid (depigmentation with the aging process).
He doesn´t look very CM imo, he lacks the robust bone structure... maybe some CM, but not mainly CM.

Well, but Peiper is a rather Nordid type whereas Jogi Löw is darker (So more Atlantid).
So yet another dark German, I can see you have an agenda :p ;)
