A very distinct look. I've seen eyes like his on a few Celtic-derived individuals in the US. What sub-race is he?

I don't know about that, but for some reason he reminds me of some Balkan people, and there are some additional Dinarid influences/tendencies involved in his phenotype.

Yes, his Dinarid traits are undeniable.

How did Dinarids end up in Ireland? I can think of a few Celtic people who are part Dinarid here in the US.

Remnant and archaic form of an Iron-Age type probably, which has resurfaced.

He looks a similar phenotype as this guy. He is British but has an Irish surname:

You usually need a picture from profile also.
