Paleo-Atlantid with an Atlantid influence, and he looks distinctly Western Scandinavian or British Islander.

He is not looking norwegian,his nose is too wide,neither british.
Let me guess :p ...spanish or portuguese?

I think he have some med in his figure mixed with something else,his face is too wide to be paleo-atlantid.

He does look Portuguese to me, kind of. But you said no for that so I'll try French.

He is a citizen of Norway, but he is not an ethnic Norwegian, he is a Sámi:)

He does look Sámi, fin recognized it right away but decided not to reveal it in the thread, maybe your Sámidar is not that good, there are many different looks among the Sámi.;)

IMO, his brow bone (protruding) and (very wide) jaw line are archaic features.
