She definitely has/had a strong Atlantid influence + Alpine. I would have guess her as Southern French or Italian when she was young.

She is also has what I like to call "Spanish Frog Lips" (spanish people excuse the expression!) - it something that I've only ever seen in some Spanish people - hard to explain but Pedro Almodóvar shows traits of it.
