Šiptar or The Albanian painted by Petar Lubarda. The epitome of northern Šiptars (Gheg Albanian) imo.

Petar Lubarda was painting the stereotypical Šiptar from his pov as well, just so that is said.

Indeed. Northern Albania is probably the most Dinaricised country to him as well. Furthermore, he went to Albania in 1931, just to find Dinarids because he knew he would find the most Dinarids in Šiptar lands, and he wrote "The Mountain of Giants". Probably due to Dinarid height and Dinaro-Šiptar penis.
