Some traits look like she has African ancestry.

Clearly has severe Lappidism in the eye region. I think she could be from many parts of Western Europe, just a bit unusual looking. Northern France or even Britain perhaps?

She is actually Scottish, her name is Andrea Mclean - I thought she looked incredibly exotic for a native Scot, and apparently she is from a Scottish Russian-Jewish family who converted to Christianity.

I'd think of her as New World. Maybe a castiza or less.

If someone looked a "bit unusual" for western Europe the last place I would guess is Northern France and Britain.
