I've had anxiety for many years and researched how I can manage it.
I came across this site by a man named Loren Parks.
He has a number of audio files on his page which are just a few bytes large in which he instructs your phobia/fear to go away. Too simple? Where's the catch? I don't know, but what I do know is that it worked for me. Especially his file for fingernail biting. After listening to this a few times I have never bitten my nails again. A friend of mine tried it and it did nothing for her.
When my husband passed away I saw that on the site he offers a audio file to help deal with the loss of a spouse. I figured that it couldn't do me any harm. I had nothing to lose, and it helped me a lot.
So what kinds of anxiety and fears does he work with?
