She is (partially) Portuguese. Her name is Adele Silva and she is a British actress. I am not sure how much she is Portuguese though.

Quite heavily built regarding zygomats and orbits/brow, significant facial flattening, true pigmentation of skin & hair difficult to determine, though hazel eyes visible: certainly trending in a Paleoeuropid or quasi-Mongoloid direction. This could come from several different sources outside of Portugal or England......or not, and it's just be one of those thorough Coonian recombinations. ;)

I just assumed that she was Alpinid + Nordo-Med influence (as GeistFaust said), which isn't impossible in Portugal (and considering the idea that she probably is not full Portuguese). The possibility that she is Brazilian never crossed my mind to be honest.
