2, 5, and 8 are but not #4. The woman in #4 could not pass in Portugal (but the man could, so anyone who noticed him more in that pic would have probably guessed Portuguese)/

I was thinking to put 7 as Portuguese, but I didn't as he looks like a guy from Rome I know haha

#7 was meant to be a tricky one to guess. I think he looks more Balkan than Portuguese though.
