There's nothing I could point out as something 'specific' regarding facial features...it's just that I've seen so many ppl from both nations in my life that I can just look at them and tell difference, but as you see, it's not always easy task and many people are of a mixed ethnic background.

No .
It was an old fashion by Austro-Hungarians in Die serbische Wojwodschaft und das temeser Banat to assimilate Serbs ,Slovaks and others into Hungarians .Thats why there are many Hugarians today with Slavic-Slovak surnames .Or famous Sándor Petőfi born as Aleksandar Petrović .
Btw Serbs posted here are from Niš as i remember so some of them could have Bulgarian or non Serb ancestry .You should have posted Serbs from Banat or Bačka for comparison to Hungarians in same region.
