The closest modern mongoliform variant he resembles is Tungid.
Anyway, he is rather Cromagniform and not reduced like mongoloids are today.

Yes, Tungid is about as close as he can get, and probably is a original framework for the Tibetid type, which is basically a more robust and Cro-Magniform Mittle Sinid type.

That said he deviates from the standard norm of what we understand of Tungid and Tibetid types in the modern world. Overall a very robust and archaic structure.

Dovahkiin is probably Paleoatlantid, more woggish than skyrim nords

Totally off topic, the base of Nords seem rather Cro-Magnid

Nordid types have a history of merging with Cro-Magnon types or coinciding with them in general. The Keltic-Nordid type in its more original form, as expressed in Bell Beaker types, seems to have combined itself with an additional Borreby influence. The Halstatt Nordid type tends have combined itself with additional Cro-Magnon influences, and the Tronder type is basically a classic Nordid type combined with a rather strong Cro-Magnon influence.

Doliocephalic types found among Iranic and Northern Indian people have shown a strong tendency to having an additional Cro-Magnon formation. The most progressive types tend to be Nordid types with additional strong to standard Cro-Magnon types. Nordid types though have generally had less influences infused into them from Cro-Magnon and Alpinoid-Cro-Magnon types, but rather the Nordid type has played a greater role in shaping the nature of Cro-Magnon and Alpinoid-Cro-Magnon types.

This is despite the fact that the Cro-Magnon and even Alpinoid-Cro-Magnon types have played a role in shaping basically all the Nordid type either through combination or coincidence. That character looks rather Borreby + Nordid, but could in a stereotypical sense be understood as a Borreby, although there is a strong Nordid component. Another good example of the strong influence of the Nordid type on Cro-Magnons is the Anglo-Saxon and Faelid types, which are elongated and doliocephalic Cro-Magnon types quite technically speaking.
