Judging from the surnames, she´s an Italian/Portuguese mix like myself.
Alpine/Med sounds about right.

Milena? Not really an uncommon name here.
It´s possible she could have some Slavic admix though, since there was a lot of Polish and Ukranian (as well as other groups) immigration to Brazil.

You will find Milenas all the way from Mexico to Argentina, I think given names don't have a thing to do with ancestry, specially in Latin America.
