I wouldn't know about that but I was once put on medroxyprogesterone to jump start my periods. I hadn't had a period in years. When I finally went to a good doctor he said my estrogen (female hormone) was very, very high, as if I was pregnant, but I wasn't pregnant, and I needed progesterone (another hormone). But the medroxyprogesterone gave me headaches and I stopped taking it before the prescription ended, but it worked, my periods started again. They are still irregular, but they come.

I think the dosage was probably too high for me.

You have to lose weight, eat more proteins and daily weight lifting exercises, also the cardio would help you with the weight. Try to reduce the carbs and start taking Zinc, Magnesium and Calcium.

Bro, to be honest you should buy some low carb protein. Turns out if you eat a high protein diet, you burn fat even from doing nothing. They did a test on morbidly obese people feeding them 25g of protein a day and they lost 6.5 kg in a month. If I was you I would start walking a bit daily, taking some protein and L-carnitine. This will make you drop weight and boost your testosterone.

So true. If you feel hungry just eat a ham or other protein instead if cake or chips.
