I've never seen this famous singer in Portugal. I think she has a colonial (Brazilian) vibe though. Her dressing and the environment surrounding her in the pictures also make think of Brazil.

She could also be Argentine, Brazilian, Cuban or anything where one has Iberian descent.

Greek or south Italian then? I've seen a number of people from those places who shock me with how Portuguese they can look, even if on average they don't.
