I would say she looks more properly Brunn, and that the Borreby is just a side effect due to all the fat.

Obesity deforms her general phenotype but I would say Brunn is just one of her elements while skull is more Alpine.

Those with such level of fat are simply unclassifiable. Googling for older pictures wasn't a hard thing to do, and it reveals Alpine morphology.
When people mention Brunn/Borreby on "anthro"fora, they are wrong in 99% of the cases. Not a single one of you has any clue about what those look like.
