Is an illusion, that you create looking at pictures. Real life is very different, I know that this comment bothers you, but it's true and you should consider it. The photos can change with the light, camera ect ... even the features can look different, being the same person.

Is just a game, funny, but nothing more.

they do, in the same way that Cantabrians are slightly different from Galician, and Extremadura of Valencia ect... I guess between the British have their differences, between the Irish and Scottish, English ect ..but at the moment of truth, in simple pictures, distinguish a Irish of a Scotish is a matter of chance and elimination.
