No, this is not Dinarid, but Armenoid origin character. And mixed with other Europid elements, maybe with Alpinoid.

Armenid? :picard2: He wasn't even brachycephalic, clearly a mesocephalic skull. Basically a Pontid with some Dinarid and probably a little CM.
