So since it was the Euro elections today I thought I would ask, did you vote? if so who for, and if not why not?

I voted BNP but as I'm in Scotland I'm not sure how much good it will do.

In Greece we vote on Sunday...

Yes, I did and voted for the same, I think the BNP has a slightly better chance here than in Scotland, but having said that, there is a saying here,`Use a donkey as a Labour candidate, it will still win` :(

Just got back from voting. I was pleasantly surprised to discover I could also vote BNP on the local elections ballot paper, not just the Euro election one.

Me and Ceallach voted on our way back from picking up the children. We could only vote Euro elections though, although I'm sure the local was up for contention as well.

Ah well, the BNP got two more votes today. :thumb001:

Election day is Sunday and I have to work till 30 minutes before the polling stations close. Anyway, there is only 31 parties on a 4 ft. long ballot - and all of them crap.

Wake me up when revolution breaks loose, because this procedure certainly won't change a bloody thing.

Here it's on Sunday as well, I'm going to vote Vlaams Belang as usual.

Or even better: A camel, you'll get hundreds of thousands of votes from the horny Muslims in Britain.

No, because I forgot to turn in my äänioikeutetuksi ilmoittatuminen (declaration of my right to vote) to the maistraatti.

I voted last week and I am actually exited to find out if SD will enter the EU parliament on Sunday. I do not think they will achieve anything in Brussels but it should give them more of a voice in Sweden.

We're quite lucky here. When I say lucky, I mean very few Muslims (still too many though). It's a traditional working class area where when you ask someone why they vote Labour, they'll tell you `because my father did`.

Makes me angry!

The official election day here is Sunday, but I already voted ahead of time in the local library.

Since Halla-aho declined to run, my vote went to the whore-mongering Belgian Freddy van Wonthergem. (http://koti.mbnet.fi/fredi/index.htm)

Since I am originally from Bryssels, by voting for me you have a chance to send at least one immigrant back to where he came from. :D

I'm gonna vote on Saturnday for Lega Nord , the least of worsts , we've also have in list a couple of far right parties but since they didn't join each other and there's a bar at 4% they have no chance to get any seat.
By the way I hope and think we're gonna see a big shift toward the anti-EU anti-immigrants far rigth parties at this election , I think especially BNP will get a lot of votes this time due to the scandals going on there that are affecting the Labour but also some Tories right?

BNP got two votes from me and my mother today :thumb001:

My dad voted liberal democrats though  so I guess it only counts now as one BNP vote from my family.

Hopefully my girlfriend will vote BNP too as she says she will

Well, now that Mussolini is back in Berlusconi's pants and ruefully has returned to a party in which her nemesis Fini is a prominent member I have very little hope for Italian nationalists. Too many of the smaller outfits active in Italy still seem to be on the CIA's payroll and firmly in the Zionist camp.

TV 4, the largest privately owned channel in Sweden is starting a anti racism campaign 6 June with a commercial, http://www.dagensmedia.se/mallar/dagensmedia_mall.asp?version=239134 scroll down a bit and enjoy. I like the commercial. It is so stupid it might make people react and the day after the premiere it is the vote for the EU parliament.

To be honest but I think you got it already , Alessandra Mussolini is not that fascist , we could say she exploited her famous surname to win some nostalgic voter , that's all.

The main 2 para-fascist parties here are ForzaNuova and Fiamma Tricolore but they will stay under 1% , regarding Middle East issues they aren't pro-Israel nor anti...

there are also another far right small party I forgot to mention earlier , La Destra , it's been founded by Storace , former President of Regione Lazio , a long time member of MSI and in recent years the strongest opponent of Fini (wea call'him Finistein...) and his moderate policy , in 2006 Storace was expelled by the party AN and formed La Destra with a bunch of other AN members...

at this election La Destra made a coalition with the Pensioneer's Party , the Sicilian Moviment for Autonomy and a smaller center party in order to gain at least the 4% needed to get elected.
And I think he has the chance.

But I still prefer Lega Nord , especially Borghezio and Gentilini , I love them :coffee:

That actually has to be one of the most racist adverts ever!
A big, tall muscular Black man playing tennis with a fat, small old white man.

Stereotypes galore there. Pathetic advert.

Indeed. Can somebody who understands Swedish help me to understand the message of that advert? Visually, it seems to be saying: "don't be racist because white men are inferior anyway", which, as Wat Tyler pointed out, is racist itself and a complete contradiction in terms.

No doubt the tall blonde Vikings know that is nonsense propaganda. :coffee: Blacks are usually smaller than white men of Scandinavia.

The referee is judging the match in favor for the lousy Swedish tennis player. It is supposed to symbolize all immigrants who cannot get jobs or are forced in to low skilled work although they all are skilled doctors and rocket scientists because Swedes are racist and mean.

The good thing about the film is that TV 4 shoots it self in the foot. It is simply so over the top and stupid that it will backfire.

I didn't vote, I did not find the time. I dislike democracy, and the act of casting a vote makes me feel as if I am consenting to this system of mob rule.

Were I to vote it would be UKIP.

This could be a good discussion. Many people reckon that the UKIP is an establishment-sponsored outfit, created to take votes away from the BNP.

06-05-2009, 08:08 PM
Possibly. I think if there's a conspiracy (at all) it would be the UKIP exists to siphon away votes from the Tories. The UKIP are indistinguishable from the Tories except on Europe.

I understand why people here vote BNP, but I am minded to refrain from political arguments on this board, being in the anarchist / extreme libertarian camp, there's no room at all for a compromise of views. The BNP's socialism is a massive turn off for me. I trace the BNP's political lineage to continental roots and suspect that the country they create in the long term would be un-English in character.

Well, there is no obligation for Apricity members to support any single political grouping. We don't support the BNP as a site officially -- it's just individual member choices. Your views on this matter are just as welcome. In fact, I think necessary -- otherwise there will be no debate and thinking; challenging.

I don't like it either, but taking the long term view, only northern European populations produce a significant amount of libertarian/capitalists. Thus, for any chance at a libertarian/capitalist government in the future, it is imperative to cut or end immigration ASAP, and if possible deport some of those who are already there.

This is actually the part I like the most. A nationalist-based socialism. Not to be confused with NS though. ;)

I understand where you are coming from, Loki. But any system that will make people rely on the government is dangerous and will always turn sour.

I voted and I only decided on the last moment as it was the lack or environmentalism, Wilders' pro-Israel, pro-Zionist views and the lack of views on transparency in the E.U that turned me away from the PVV and I voted on a moderate Eurosceptic, pan-European party that didn't make it: Libertas

So for me it was pretty Catch-22....

I don't like a political system which oppresses the poor and supports the rich fat bastard elitists. Making the rich richer and the poor poorer.

Socialism concentrates everything in the hands of state-owned cooperations whose heads still make millions and the people still get the crumbs. But at least in capitalism you can go somewhere else.

Too bad I am not an island ape, because then I would have voted for Chris "Kermit" Forster (BNP):

Clever move, he probably got all the votes from the colour-blind and froggophiles.

Too bad this guy is no longer around:

And here you can see the BNP's Imperial Wizard cast a spell on the UKIP:
