And yes, he looks like a mediterranean, levantine southern type, because he has some north African, Syrian, Greek Cypriot look.

In the second pic, he looks Levantine/Semitic. In the 1st and 3rd he looks pan-Southern I guess, but in the last, he looks very Banderas-like

A coarse-featured East Mediterranean. His racial type could fit in Greece, South Italy, Spain, Portugal and the Levant. Not in the inland Middle-East, though. Neither in the negrified North African countries.

Some of them are a racial hybrid of Semite and West Mediterranean, that looks vaguely Levantine to me. Some of the early racialists such as Grant considered the Sephardim to be the most assimilable type of Jew, for this reason.

I checked and you're correct.

But it's only 25%, so it shouldn't have that much of an effect on his phenotype (especially considering that Ashkenazi Jews and Greeks have similar admix results on many genetic tests)

Mediterranean-Sephardic Jews have sometimes displayed this behavior, through history. It's partly because they assimilate easier into the host culture than other Jews do, and partly because they're outsiders who often felt the need to over-compensate. A good example of this type is Judah P. Benjamin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judah_P._Benjamin), one of the founders of the Confederacy, who was a Sephardic Jew and also a white supremacist who owned slaves.

Turkey also had many Sephardic Jews, such as the guy you mentioned. They were mostly refugees from Spain, which expelled all its Chosen Ones. If I remember right, the Ottoman Empire staffed its bureaucracy with Jews, Armenians, and such races who are natural businessmen.
