More like Meso\Sub-brachycephalic IMO, and i wouldn't call his CM part West-Baltid, since this term stands for brachycephalicised and partially reducted cromagnid of baltoid forms, while he doesn't show much reduction, his cromagnoid parts is more likely unreducted form of Baltoid cromganid, it's not very common and wasn't described by taxonomical anthropologists, but clearly exists.

Maybe you're a right, but his forehead seems to be broad (+ not very pronounced occiput.) For example, my forehead is not so wide while occiput look more pronounced (http://oi60.tinypic.com/2yjqxyr.jpg). My skull is clearly meso.
