At first, I was thinking about Armenid influence here, but I think it's not present. However, it's very difficult to distinguish Armenid from Dinarid in such blends - composed of three heterogenous elements - as Errani seems to represent one.

Alpinid-Dinarid-Nordid mixed individuals are most frequent in Southern Germany (including Austria and Switzerland), but these individuals still have a different look from Errani's whom I identified as Italian at first sight: Most probably, it's the combination of blue eyes with a darker limbal ring (ring around iris, best seen on the second photograph) that makes her look Southern European.
