Half African American, half Jewish.

I think she could pass for Dominican or Cape Verdean - what do you guys think? I saw her in the movie "Bridesmaids" and I thought she looked kind of Afro-Latina.

I definitely agree with the Dominican or Caribbean, don't know about Cabo Verde!

All right then! I just said that cause I don't know much about Cabo Verde. But after googling it i discovered 75% is mulatto so I guess you are right.

Her eyes are very black people peculiar! (1st pic)

Apparently according to 23andme though, most Cape Verdeans are predominantly European (most within the 25-40% African range like Dominicans). There is a thread all about it.

Alpinoid-Atlantid with some additional Taurid influence, and she has a Quadroonish look, although I would suppose she is slightly more than that.

She does look sort of Gypsy. But then you should say so as not all Romanians are Gypsies.
