No but he could pass as central or north european instead.
I think he could pass best as northern european,look at how high forehead he got and how light his skin is.Also he is high vaulted,with high wide cheekbones.
From my point of view he looks more norwegian than alboz.

He's somewhat Dinarid, maybe Atlanto-Dinarid. He would blend in well... Unless he has those super tall genes of the Balkans, lol. I think that he would fit better in Italy nevertheless.
