If the old cartoon version existed, he'd look like a bleached blond guy who had too much botox work. Hmm he's botoxoid with slight mongoloid influence.

I think he's heavily tanned and hiseyebrows are bleached, not hair.
His sister She Ra is blond blue with dark blond eyebrows.
That is to make him stand out. Yellow eyebrows with tanned skin is not visible.
