I saw her plenty of times on some romanian TV station and I thought she is romanian,at least this is how she looks like.
That guy from "I Follow Rivers" looks balkanic/romanian.
Now I saw the director for I Follow Rivers is Tarik Saleh and he is of egyptian origin.So is possible that the actor from there is middle-easterner and Lykke Li also have some middle-easterner genetics.

She is from the southern most province of Sweden. She is from the city of Ystad. I think she has an archaic look or some kind of generalized Baltic look which is why she looks Eastern European.

Actually in the picture in my signature below I think it correlates well with her archaic Germanic/Baltic look.

First of all I wrote that I so far havn't met a single Swede with that surname, considering that she's from Ystad, Skåne and I've been mostly just around Stockholm area and Östergötland maybe the surname isn't equally widespread here.
