Turkey is to demand backing from its NATO allies on Tuesday at a special meeting called after Syrian troops shot down a Turkish warplane last week in an incident Damascus said was self-defence but which Ankara branded an "act of aggression".

It's only a matter of time, when Assad will fall. Turkey is doing all it can to push him over to the pit. The Syrian people as well never wanted Assad, and now he is gone, it might positive for the transition, although Turkey should support the rebels but not invite NATO. Since the rebels have weakened Assad, and his forces. Finally the oppression my mother's people faced is no longer their, great news:thumb001:

Great so we are going to help the anti-euro superpower of Turkey against a non-consequential and weaker Syria.

Well the weakining of Assad is the weakning of Iran so it does seem important to severe that relationship.
